Great article on why society cares more about women than men despite the fact that men are more victims than women, contrary to what women's organizations and feminists say. "In her analysis “Women and Genocide in Rwanda,” the former Rwandan politician Aloysia Inyumba stated that “The genocide in Rwanda is a far-reaching tragedy that has taken a particularly hard toll on women. They now comprise 70 percent of the population, since the genocide chiefly exterminated the male population.” In a 1998 speech delivered before a domestic violence conference in El Salvador, former US senator and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that “Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat.” These statements are illustrative of a wider trend of “male disposability.” What is Male Disposability? “Male disposability” describes the tendency to be less concerned about the safety and well-being of men than of women. This night sound surprising given the emphasis in contemporary Western discourse on the oppression of women by men. How is it possible that societies built by men have come to consider their well-being as less important? But embedded in this kind of question are simplistic assumptions that flatten a good deal of complexity. A 2016 study published in Social Psychological and Personality Science found that people are more willing to sacrifice men than women in a time of crisis and that they are more willing to inflict harm on men than on women. In 2017, an attempt to replicate the Milgram experiment in Poland provided some (inconclusive) evidence that people are more willing to deliver severe electric shocks to men than to women: “It is worth remarking,” write the authors, “that although the number of people refusing to carry out the commands of the experimenter was three times greater when the student [the person receiving the ‘shock’] was a woman, the small sample size does not allow us to draw strong conclusions.” A 2000 study found that among vehicular homicides, drivers who kill women tend to receive longer sentences than drivers who kill men. Another study found that, in Texas in 1991, offenders who victimized females received longer sentences than those who victimized males. There is at least some evidence that “women and children first” is a principle still employed during rescue efforts in natural disaster zones. Some social scientists have also noted that the media is more likely to focus on female victims than male victims. This is especially true for white female victims." Treating men differently is nothing other than discrimination, but because women's and feminist organizations spread the false narrative that only women can be victims and men are perpetrators, it has resulted in men being deprived of basic human rights and the rights to justice. "To Be of Not to Be (Gender Equal)? Gender equality. Perhaps you’ve heard of it. Perhaps you think you have a firm idea of what it is, or what it should be if it ever came into existence. But here it is 2021 and many people don’t have a clue. The World Economic Forum is one case in point. Another is Frances Tilney Burke writing at the site for the Institute for Family Studies. What spurred her to write is what she seems to consider a sinister amendment to the Military Selective Service Act that replaces the word “male” with the term “all Americans.” In so doing, it would, if passed and signed into law, for the first time ever, require both men and women to register with the Selective Service System when they turn 18. Having registered, those same men and women could be conscripted into military service in the event of a war requiring the same. And, having been conscripted, they could then be pressed into combat. Plainly, the amendment would be a step toward equality of the sexes. Burke doesn’t like it, despite swearing to be all about the aforementioned term, you know, gender equality. I know that all of us strive for equality and desire to be “treated the same” when school and job applications roll around. Aye, there’s the rub. For Burke, as with so many others (like the WEF) who pretend to want equality of the sexes, the “equality” they really want goes only one way, a mathematical impossibility. They want women to have the upside of equality without the downside, the benefits without the detriments, the rights without the obligations. When it comes to college admission and workplace treatment, Burke’s all for equality. But when equality would mean sacrifice by women, her enthusiasm quickly wanes. For her, equality tilts more toward a corner office and a hefty salary, and less toward “sleepin’ in the jungle and duckin’ real bullets.” More in link thewordofdamocles.com/blogs/most-recent-blog-posts/to-be-of-not-to-be-gender-equal?fbclid=IwAR3j-FOM1Yjz_2uZ_DsIOojncE4nJz44YgCbmnZ7JFtRo-BspP82z-Lib-8Service in the military causes enormous divorce rates, in which soldiers lose their children because fathers are presented as absent in court, they lose property to an ex, and as a result, become homeless. Cannot punish men for serving the military. It is therefore time for equality without double standards of conduct. Same rights and obligations for everyone. "Legal Discrimation Removes Fathers From the Home Sexism against men in family court is well known and very apparent. In cases of disputed custody, women win roughly 90% of the time, a blatant favoring of women by the authorities within the system. Sexist feminists will generally excuse this discrimination by claiming it’s what’s best for the children. While they usually don’t go so far as to claim that women are the better caretakers in literally 90% of cases, what they do say is that a systemic bias in favor of women on average makes it more likely that the more nurturing parent will end up raising the children. Due to sexism against women, they claim, women tend to be trained to be nurturing and caring. The problem with this argument, though, is that it completely ignores the importance of a fatherly presence in the child’s life. Motherly and fatherly presence aren’t necessarily equatable, and both are valuable. As a result, we have to value the father’s presence, even if we’re only concerning ourselves with the child’s welfare. In fact, studies have found that children who have close relationships with their fathers end up with higher-paying jobs and more stable adult relationships. They have higher IQ tests as early as age three and fewer psychological problems. Sexism in the family court system doesn’t just mean dads don’t get to see their kids. It means kids don’t get to see their dads. And that has serious negative long-term consequences for children." "Do not male/female animals share an equal consent accountability with each other. And are they, compared to humans, not more honest about the sexual process that takes place? Certainly. The interactive male/female arrangement consists of a mutual accountability level shared by two consenting adults. Humans are now below animals in this respect, especially due to feminism’s influence, not prior. A man and a woman’s equal status as adults cancels out any need for permission. Otherwise, one of the two participants is granted less accountability for their mutual involvement in the process and equal participation in the act. Strange how what some call equality has conveniently made women less equal to men from the past. This, as in the case of the sex act, spells entrapment." How contemporary feminism sees equal opportunities, but not for men. From Australia "Council bans men from applying for street sweeper role A local council which claims to be an equal opportunity employer has banned men from applying for one of its roles. Women receive lighter sentences in the US based on the chivalry theory that it is suggested under this theory that law officials/judges see women as child-like and defenceless in their behaviour. "From the results, they found that their first hypothesis was proven correct. Women in general did receive shorter sentence lengths in comparison to males. This is also with legal factors considered and supports the chivalry theory. This supports the various bodies of work that have shown similar results through various experiments they have conducted (Doerner and Demuth, 2010; Rodriguez et al., 2006). This supports the idea that women are not seen by law officials as being as culpable for the crimes they committed as men are. However, the results contradicted the selective chivalry claims that would suggest that white women would mostly benefit from the leniency hypothesised in the chivalry theory. Hispanic and black women got shorter sentences when sentenced for federal drug crimes. This is surprising as the reverse has been shown in respect to selective chivalry as white women have benefitted the least from the suggested leniency shown in the results of this study. However, that may be because they have been adjudged to have been more out of line with traditional gender roles leading them to punished as doubly deviant rather then being viewed as needing protection. Study Two: From the study, the evidence showed that although there is no difference in sentencing rates between men and women who commit sexual offences, men do tend to get harsher sentences. This shows that although judges can see that women should be charged (because they have committed a crime), they may not believe that they are as perhaps dangerous as male sex offenders are. Embry and Lyons (2012) earlier talk about this stereotypical image of a sex offender, which is usually a male offender with victim coming to mind as a young female according to them. This could be proven to have some accuracy if you look at the perceived leniency that could be inferred from the results of this study. Due to women not fitting the stereotypical image of a sex offender, even if they have in fact committed the crime, they may still be deemed as less dangerous as a male sex offender. This shows that although the decision that all genders need to be punished for criminal offences is equal, the severity of the punishment across genders is not equal. There is also another theory called the theory in which women get either lighter or stricter sentences than men, and it is that it creates a situation where women can either be demonised or can be shown more leniency depending on if they broke these societal norms on what is expected of women. We, on the other hand, do not agree with the conclusions regarding the results that mothers would receive stricter sentences in the USA than fathers because in most cases mothers are convicted less often for the same family crimes compared to fathers. Perhaps the researchers did not include those sentences where no one was convicted of crimes committed against family members. Great video on male issues told by Dr. Helen Smith PhD, is a forensic psychologist in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has written "Men on Strike: Why Men Are Boycotting Marriage, Fatherhood, and the American Dream - and Why It Matters" "American society has become anti-male. Men are sensing the backlash and are consciously and unconsciously going “on strike.” They are dropping out of college, leaving the workforce and avoiding marriage and fatherhood at alarming rates. The trend is so pronounced that a number of books have been written about this “man-child” phenomenon, concluding that men have taken a vacation from responsibility simply because they can. But why should men participate in a system that seems to be increasingly stacked against them? As Men on Strike demonstrates, men aren’t dropping out because they are stuck in arrested development. They are instead acting rationally in response to the lack of incentives society offers them to be responsible fathers, husbands and providers. In addition, men are going on strike, either consciously or unconsciously, because they do not want to be injured by the myriad of laws, attitudes and hostility against them for the crime of happening to be male in the twenty-first century. Men are starting to fight back against the backlash. Men on Strike explains their battle cry."

This article compares the rights of men and women in two countries, such as the US and India. It has been proven that feminist propaganda manipulates public opinion that women are discriminated against, but the opposite is true. "We are sure you have heard feminists demanding equal rights. These demands usually originate with the preface that on average all men are legally privileged while on the other hand, women are discriminated against by these men-made laws. Here we will go through a small case study where we have incorporated three key areas; Gender Crime, Marriage, and Protection. This small study will provide some insight into laws and their interpretations." A 170 UK Home Office study, Understanding Women's Sentencing in 1997, found that women are less convicted than men. Details below: "For virtually every kind of offence, women were found to be treated much more leniently than men. Men were in general nearly three times as likely as women to be sent to prison. For offences like shoplifting, a man was about eight times as likely to be sentenced to prison as a woman. This ratio shrank to about 5:2 in respect of subsequent such offences. For violent offences, the male/female ratio for custodial sentences in respect of a first offence was 3:2, increasing to 5:2 for subsequent offences. The most even-handed sentencing was found to be in relation to drug offences, where the male/female ratio was about 4:3. The overall response of the magistrates revealed deep-set gender-based prejudices. Most distinguished between "troubled" and "troublesome" offenders, tending to put most women in the former category. Magistrates were more likely to consider the motivation of female defendants in a sympathetic way - many confessing to a belief that women stole or defrauded the State to feed their children, whereas men did it for "selfish" reasons. Some magistrates were found to apply this "principle" even to women who had no children, although men rarely obtained sympathy because of being fathers."
