Great summary by author Tim Goldich on how many very important factors that affect men are overlooked and deliberately overlooked by some women. "Through the Glass Ceiling a woman could view the tip of the success pyramid and see that it was mostly male occupied. In looking down through the Glass Floor, however, she could view the vast base of the pyramid and see that it too has been occupied mostly by men—men who were trained to kill in order to protect being killed or maimed by the thousands and the millions on battlefields (many tortured mercilessly in - prisoner-of-war camps for months or years)". The same problem in different parts of the world is whether women should serve the military. Most countries in the world are men who are subject to compulsory military registration or compulsory military service. Due to the fact that, in theory, all citizens are equal, both men and women should bear the same responsibility and obligations. Unfortunately, in most countries, women have privileges that are being diligently extended to other spheres of life. There is no reason why women should not serve the military based on the experience of countries like Israel where women serve the military like men "Women are required to serve 24 months, unless they volunteer for a unit that requires additional time of service". They do their duty and defend their country. Source www.i24news.tv/en/news/israel/defense/1646916309-israel-knesset-postpones-reduction-of-compulsory-military-service-by-two-months-for-menwww.timesofisrael.com/idf-expands-combat-roles-for-women-but-says-most-not-cut-out-for-elite-units/We do not mention the fact that in Ukraine there are also women who volunteered for the service and fulfill this obligation. Of course, the best solution would be if the military service was only for those who want to be in the army by their own choice, but this is not the case everywhere. Her life, her choice. His life, not his choice. It's time to smash the glass floor and establish equal responsibilities for all and eliminate female privileges. Meanwhile, in the US, another attempt to include women in mandatory registration for the military. "Last year, thanks to hard work from dozens of conservative groups, a handful of congressional Republicans managed to kill a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would have required America’s young women to register for the draft. Yet, here we are again. With the Senate Armed Services Committee passing this provision in the yearly NDAA bill and the House set to consider legislation next week, we will see if Democrats — with the potential support of Republicans — will once again push forward legislation to force our daughters to the front lines. Will the Army draft women to fill combat roles is the subject of congressional debate. Last year’s victory proved that if conservatives fight for family values in the NDAA, we can win. There’s no excuse for any member of Congress — especially a Republican — to support an NDAA that, in the name of "national defense" sets the stage to conscript mothers and daughters to the battlefield. This is not, and has never been, a question of whether women can serve effectively in our armed forces; the answer is obviously yes. Thousands already do voluntarily, and they deserve the utmost commendation for their service and sacrifice. But today there are around 17 million men of draft-registration age and some 60 million of "fighting age" (18 to 49), the vast majority of whom are able-bodied". Based on research in Finland, it was found that the main cause of the fall in fertility is the marginalization of men. In fact, most industrialized countries are in a similar position, and most of these countries are dominated by the same factor, but politicians are reluctant to hear about the consequences of their policies, especially in terms of men's education or the protection of fathers' rights. Translated from the Finnish language: "Finland's young men are marginalized - why aren't supporters of equality worried about it? According to Professor Anna Rotkirch, the reason for the rapid decline in the birth rate in Finland in the 2010s is the rapid marginalization of men, which starts already at school. The number of people born in the 2000s has followed the employment rate of men aged 25-34 and thus collapsed in the 2010s. The share of low-income men aged 25-34 rose quickly from nine to 18 percent, but the share of women fell below 10 percent. Payment defaults and low education are also much more common among men, and excluded men are often excluded from reproduction as well. 22% of educated men aged 40-45 are childless, 35% of those who have only completed primary education, and only 20% of all women aged 40-45. Only a couple of percent of men become fathers even later. Even uneducated men would like to have children but can't". James Nuzzo investigated the false narrative of discrimination against women and girls in physical exercise and concluded in the article that there is a blockage to the flow of real data that runs counter to the policies of disadvantaged women and girls in physical activity. "In their paper, the ACSM stated their national roadmap would focus on increasing physical activity rates among girls and women, with no explicit mention of desiring to achieve the same for boys and men. The ACSM’s rationale for this focus was that females have lower physical activity rates than males because of discrimination against females that limits their “access to physical activity resources.” I found this argument unimpressive. I was also taken aback by the lack of discussion on the importance of exercise and sports participation in the lives of boys and men. In my opinion, it was such an obvious omission that only misguided political ideology could underlie it. Moreover, if the goal of a physical activity roadmap is to achieve equal health outcomes between demographic groups, then targeting girls and women, and not boys and men, makes little sense. In the United States, life expectancy for males is 5 years shorter than for females. In fact, life expectancy for males is shorter than for females in every country in the world. Thus, to the extent the ACSM’S roadmap might succeed at increasing physical activity rates among girls and women, and improving their health, this would exacerbate the existing sex differences in mortality and other health outcomes between men and women, which the authors conveniently never mentioned. The author accumulated data on prevalence rates of physical and mental health conditions in which males have higher rates than females. The conditions include everything from sleep-disordered breathing to spinal cord injury to suicide. Moreover, I presented original data showing the relative lack of attention given to the field of men’s health. For example, from 1970 to 2018, the phrase “women’s health” appeared in the titles or abstracts of 14,501 biomedical research papers indexed in the PubMed database. The phrase “men’s health” appeared 1,555 times. I also found that the number of journals dedicated to women’s health was much greater than the number of journals dedicated to men’s health. Moreover, I highlighted the fact that in the United States there are no national health offices dedicated to men’s health but there are several national offices dedicated to women’s health. I titled the paper “Men’s health in the United States: a national health paradox” to point out the incongruence between the large number of health issues that men experience versus the little attention these issues are given. “I conducted a content analysis of UN and WHO sources. […] I quantified how many Twitter accounts the UN administrates to communicate women’s issues (69 accounts) versus men’s issues (0 accounts).” more in link www.centreformalepsychology.com/male-psychology-magazine-listings/bias-against-men-in-health-research-one-researchers-journey-from-exercise-science-to-mens-health#men #women #equal #father #discriminationmen #discrimination #segregation #falseaccusations #domesticviolence #childsupport #equalparenting #parentalalienation #divorce #fraud #falseaccusationsrape #fatherless #childsharecustody #fahtermatter #law #brokenlaw #familylaw #court #depression, #depressionafterdivorce #Divorce #effectsofdivorce #health #masculinity #mentalhealth #suicidal #suicide #equalpay #equalwork #menrights #humanrights

Dutch researchers analyzed gender representation in infanticide cases and collected 297 press articles devoted to 71 cases of child murder in 1960-1989. "Historical research into the connections between gender and crime has demonstrated that criminal law is filled with cultural images of masculinity and femininity, particularly in relation to the categories of perpetrator and victim (Arnot & Usborne, 1999; D’Cruze & Jackson, 2009; Van der Heijden & Pluskota, 2018). Whether female suspects in past and present were judged less severely on the basis of stereotypes on femininity, is subject to historical debate. Several criminologists, sociologists and historians have concluded that women received more lenient sentences on the basis of perceived typical feminine values such as irrationality and passivity (Pollak, 1950, pp. 149–153; Zedner, 1991, pp. 83–90; Van der Heijden & Pluskota, 2015). Other research, however, found that this lenient sentencing in court, but also the mild judgment by the press, depends on the type of crime and that the image is more complex than simply the relationship between gender and the severity of the sentence (Grabe et al., 2006; Weimann & Fishman, 1988). In this article, we aim to contribute to this debate, which mostly revolves around the judicial sentence that is meted out, by exploring the role of the media in depicting gender and punishment" "Women who killed their children were portrayed as irrational, ill, pathetic, passive and (partially) unaccountable for their crimes, the latter also because of tough personal circumstances. Mothers who in a state of anxiety had smothered their newborn babies were generally depicted more compassionately than mothers who had violently killed their older children. When women showed their emotions in the courtroom and presented evidence of their love for their offspring they could count on the reporters’ sympathy. Fathers accused of murdering their children, however, were depicted in the newspapers as coldblooded and as responsible for their own deliberate and selfish acts. Rationality took centre stage here, men being blamed morally more than women. When men showed their emotions during the trial, and presented evidence that they had tried to be a good father, they were represented with more compassion." In the following conclusions obtained by Dutch researchers, their results coincide with what we see today in the contemporary press, where female and male perpetrators are still treated differently, not only in press headlines, but also in court judgments, and this is the case all over the world. The conclusion is that, despite the passage of 30 years, gender stereotypes are now at the same level as before, and what's more, nothing has changed in court decisions, which in most cases are based on female emotions and stereotypes rather than the main principle of legal equality before the law or non-discrimination on the basis of gender. Only because the "feeling" of the authorities that men are less vulnerable, they can be treated inhumanly and without basic human rights. In the era of feminism, feelings are more important than statistics and research. Quote: "The number of homeless people is on the rise in every Member State except Finland[1]. The figures show increasing exposure among migrants, young people and women, but the gender gap is as strong as ever — 75% of homeless people are men — and the Commission’s own guidelines state that homelessness is a ‘gendered phenomenon’[2]. The ‘sustainable ways of preventing homelessness’ — based on the Danish experience[3] — states that it is harder for men to get rehoused by the authorities because they are perceived to be less vulnerable". Source: www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/document/E-8-2019-000130_EN.htmlAnd in this link www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/document/E-8-2019-000130-ASW_EN.html you have the European Commission's answer to your question and it starts like this: "While the primary responsibility for homelessness and mental health services lies with Member States, the Commission takes a series of measures to support them — with regard to all people — in fighting homelessness and ensuring equal access to healthcare". Since funds are allocated for this, according to the European Commission, why is there still no support for men in the EU countries, but in most cases they are allocated to women? We will try to answer this question because EU countries value the needy based on their gender, and not on their actual needs. #men #women #equal #father #discriminationmen #discrimination #segregation #falseaccusations #domesticviolence #childsupport #equalparenting #parentalalienation #divorce #fraud #falseaccusationsrape #fatherless #childsharecustody #fahtermatter #law #brokenlaw #familylaw #court #depression, #depressionafterdivorce #Divorce #effectsofdivorce #health #masculinity #mentalhealth #suicidal #suicide #equalpay #equalwork #menrights #humanrights

Another great article this time about the principle of equal law. This principle is intended to counteract the privileging of certain social groups and to bring about justice for all. Needless to say, what equality before the law looks like today. "Equality under the law is another great example of where radical feminists have wanted to “have their cake and eat it too,” so to speak. Over the decades, they have been determined to eliminate laws applied unequally to women. The last traditional example of a law where women were discriminated against would arguably be bans on female toplessness while men are allowed to go topless if they want. These laws have been eliminated by “free the nipple” movements almost anywhere. Meanwhile, despite claims that feminism also fights for men, traditional laws that privilege women like selective service requirements and bans on only female genital mutilation remain in place. However, when we consider executive and judicial legal privilege, the discrepancies are even greater. Men are arrested more readily and then given longer prison sentences for the same exact crimes. At the same time, female domestic abusers and rapists are often let off the hook. Fathers do not get equal consideration in family court, and the principle of innocent until proven guilty is constantly eroded in the name of #MeToo—but only for men. Men are also forced by law to subsidize women through women-only health services, equal insurance premium mandates, and even different tax rates". The woman ran over her boyfriend in a car, killing him after a financial dispute admitting it. And the judge didn't give her prison. Needless to say, what would happen if only the gender was changed in this case and what would be the public indignation at her attitude and the verdict of the court. "Passing sentence, Lord Braid told Ross: “You stopped your car, got out of the vehicle and contacted the emergency services. You administered first aid to Mr Kerr. “I have read victim impact statements which describe the loss and void which have been left in the lives of Mr Kerr’s family and friends. There is no sentence I can pass which can ever fill that. “I have also taken into account the remorse that you expressed which I accept is genuine. You are also aged 21 so I must take into account Scottish Sentencing Council Guidelines for people of your age into account. "I have come to the view that there is a suitable alternative to imprisonment. I will impose a community payback order of 300 hours unpaid work which will have to be completed within 18 months.” After this verdict, it can be concluded that the lives of men are not protected, moreover, probably the crime against the animal would be treated more severely. No man is protected from murder by a woman. Pay attention to the statistics and research that we have already posted many times that women are punished more leniently for the same crimes than men, and therefore do not make up a large percentage of prisoners. Meanwhile, feminists want only women not to be convicted of crimes, citing only the "mitigation measure" of their gender. They strive to ensure that women are treated against the law of equality before the law, despite the fact that it is already happening, they want complete impunity for women. Due to impunity of women, women are already making false accusations against men, and women who use violence against men are in most cases not held responsible. In summary, they want even greater privileges and double standards of conduct for the benefit of the female sex. "Major newspapers from The Guardian to The Washington Post have published opinions claiming that we should eliminate prisons… but only women’s prisons. Since this would completely violate the principle of equality under the law, this is pretty sexist on the face of it. However, it’s not just sexist against men. It’s actually sexist against women and infantilizes them, insulting their judgment, intelligence, and maturity. The Arguments Behind Women’s Prison Abolition If you were masochistic enough to read through the articles linked above, you saw that most of the arguments for women’s prison abolitionism all center around the same idea: that women aren’t as responsible for their crimes as men. It is an exaggerated version of the battered woman defense, stating that women don’t commit crimes out of internal malice but rather as a response to their social circumstances. For example, perhaps a woman has developed anti-social tendencies because she was abused as a child. Therefore, the woman doesn’t need to be punished but instead treated for her trauma. Then she can become a productive member of society." We are opposed to special privileges for women and double standards of conduct. Equal rights and equal responsibility for all. "Feminists in Western countries have long been pushing for female-specific leave with many governments incorporating it into their public social security models, regulations for private insurance, or merely mandates for employers. This includes everything from maternity leave to Spain’s recent step mandating period leave for women with menstruation that—theoretically—prevents them from working. These initiatives are always portrayed as progressive and a step toward gender equality that didn’t exist beforehand. However, closer analysis reveals this couldn’t be farther from the truth. In reality, these government mandates are nothing more than the legal codification of gender norms that have existed for millennia". "We can see how woman-specific leave is just a reinvention of the “provider” gender role for men. Men will have to work more to cover the lost productivity that is then subsidized by their paycheck. Meaning men take home less for themselves and their families for the same amount of work. They will have less time to spend with their families, will have more pressure to go into higher-paying career fields, and then inevitably be criticized as patriarchal oppressors for making more money". This is an example of how men are enslaved and I lie to them. If women want to receive support, they should work out the funds themselves, so it would be fair if male and female taxes were separated and each sex would start financing their own welfare expenses. Do you think feminists would like female welfare to be financed by female taxes and male by male taxes? The right to consent to sex will, for certain, only be one-sided, because women will not need the consent of men. The second issue is how to prove the consent of a woman who can always say after the fact that she did not say yes. Our advice in the name of protest against the biased law, now men should go to court, so that women in the presence of the courts give consent to sex, maybe finally politicians who pass such laws will understand the consequences for men who fear false accusations. "Spain’s lower house of Parliament passed legislation Thursday that requires sexual consent to be explicit, rather than something that can be assumed to have been given through silence or by default — in a move that could classify nonconsensual sex as rape, according to Spanish media. The bill, dubbed the “only yes means yes” law, was passed 205-141, with three abstentions. In a tweet celebrating its passage, Spain’s equality minister, Irene Montero, thanked the “feminist parliamentary majority that made it possible,” adding the hashtag #SoloSíesSí — or “only yes is yes.” More in link www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/08/26/spain-only-yes-law-sexual-consent#men #women #equal #father #discriminationmen #discrimination #segregation #falseaccusations #domesticviolence #childsupport #equalparenting #parentalalienation #divorce #fraud #falseaccusationsrape #fatherless #childsharecustody #fahtermatter #law #brokenlaw #familylaw #court #depression, #depressionafterdivorce #Divorce #effectsofdivorce #health #masculinity #mentalhealth #suicidal #suicide #equalpay #equalwork #menrights #humanrights
