It is such a time for men that no one knows what to expect in relations with women. One rule of thumb now is that her words are taken as evidence and your words have no meaning. When you have a son or friend and are wondering about a Christmas gift, it's a good idea to have an anti-fake allegation kit like body camera etc. This is well explained in the article by investigative journalist Laura Loomer. It is worth knowing what to do when you are a false accused. "As a clinical and forensic psychologist, I have been involved in hundreds of cases of divorce and child custody. The topic of false allegations of abuse is a complicated and thorny one that deserves much attention. In particular, there needs to be a focus on the alienating beliefs that often underly and compel false allegations. False allegations of abuse are an all-too-common phenomenon during divorce and child custody proceedings. One parent fabricates a false allegation against the other parent to gain leverage in court and to undermine the parent-child relationship going forward. The frequency of false allegations in custody cases is not fully understood, with estimates ranging from 2% to 35% of all cases involving children.1 Whatever the percentage, attorneys, judges, and mental health experts all know firsthand that it is a vexing problem in court cases. And nothing can disrupt, sidetrack, or impede a case more than an allegation of abuse that eventually proves to be false. Parents never admit to their conniving and harmful behavior during a legal action. As such, proving an allegation is false can be extremely challenging. Why? Because a false allegation is hatched in the mind of the offending parent, who then enlists the help of their child to unwittingly carry out the plot. The intent is to harm the other parent, but to do so as if the offending parent is the real victim. Parents know that an allegation of abuse has the potential to help them win their case, which is their ultimate goal. Unfortunately, being honest and fair is not always a virtue in a contentious child custody case". This is exactly how all cases where no one is favored before the trial should be resolved, because it is required by equality before the law and the right to a fair trial. ""Whether someone is a 'victim' is a conclusion to be reached at the end of a fair process, not an assumption to be made at the beginning." - Judge Dennis Saylor, Doe v. If you are falsely accused, it is worth seeking help from specialists dealing with such problems, because the system is so one-sided towards men that you can be destroyed for no reason. "Why are false claims of abuse so common? From my experience of those I've helped in the UK (other people feel free to comment your perspective), the most common reason is that an accusation or claim of abuse qualifies the "victim" to receive (free) legal aid. This is a very powerful tactic used in child custody disputes because it gives the parent who's receiving legal aid a seemingly upper hand as they have access to free legal representation. Not only can an opposing legal professional make it more difficult to fight a case, it can also create further problems in delaying the process. A false claim of domestic violence and/or abuse may also be made by one parent in order to turn a child or children against the other parent. Even if the claim of abuse is later proven false, the damage may have already been done, casting a bad light on the target parent that children may find hard to ignore and this is how parental alienation often starts, particularly in cases with older children". Some good advice in the article on how to act when you are a victim of false accusations. This advice can be used not only on college campuses, but also for other false accusations. It's worth reading because everyone can experience it. "Sexual assault allegations are a serious matter for American university administrators. If you face them as a student, there are good chances of getting administrative actions such as suspension and expulsion. Even worse, you can expect a parallel criminal proceeding by the law enforcement department. It could lead to a felony conviction and prison time. Moreover, your name will end up on the sex-offender registry. On-campus allegations are a grave concern for students, and false ones can destroy your life. Knowing how to deal with these allegations can save you from trouble. Here are some tips to help'". If only the false accuser were held responsible, then the number of such accusations would surely decrease. You will note that if a fraudster commits financial fraud and it is detected, then he will be liable, but it is treated differently if a woman commits fraud and someone suffers financial, health and psychological losses as a result of this fraud, she is not responsible. Can we therefore be sure that justice is done or that all are treated equally? That is why it is so important that the rule of law exists so that women bear the same responsibility that men bear. "When it comes to false allegations, the consequences can be disastrous for the accused. Unfortunately, this is a far-too-common occurrence as up to 70 percent of cases involving allegations of abuse during custody disputes are deemed unnecessary or false. These false allegations are also primarily lobbed against men. A 2011 Stop Abusive and Violent Environments report found that 85 percent of protective orders are entered against men and Mr. Cordell previously stated that, in his experience, of that 85 percent, 90 percent are products of tactical divorce considerations". How many Seans struggle with such issues every day and suffer in silence because no one wants to help them. "Sean represents those who are affected by society's assumption that men cannot be the victims of abuse. And while it may be true that women are more often on the receiving end of physical violence (NCAGV.org), it can be argued that women are equally capable of psychological abuse, which includes smear campaigns and reputation destruction. The intent of psychological abuse is to cause immense harm, and due to their intimate relationship history, a domestic abuser knows the best way to do this. Individuals capable of psychological, or narcissistic, abuse often use their target's weaknesses, such as their mental health history, or their gender, to portray their own victimhood in an attempt to destroy someone they feel wronged them. As individuals with true narcissistic tendencies have a strong tendency to project, they often really do believe they were abused, adding to their credibility in the others' eyes. Sean struggled with these allegations for years even after they were dropped, fighting with law enforcement and employers to get his records expunged, due to their ability to affect his custody of his children, as well as his position as a public official."
