Be sure to watch this video. This is the comment the professor Janice Fiamengo made on that video" "Excellent--very powerful and true. Such a sad reality for too many fathers and sons".

Fathers are full-fledged parents as mothers, and they contribute equally to raising their children. Each parent has different abilities and passes on other attributes to their children as they grow up. By depriving children of equal access to each parent, it harms and creates suffering for them for life. "But during the preview of Kanye’s upcoming interview with ABC’s Linsey Davis, the Donda rapper spoke about his ongoing feud with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and how he has apparently been forced to “fight for his voice” to have a role in his children’s lives. “I do have a voice but I had to fight for it,” Kanye said in the preview played on GMA. “It hurts you when you have to scream about what your kids are wearing. As a dad and as a Christian.” “And I have a right to have a voice on what my kids are wearing, what they're watching, what they're eating,” Kanye continued. “I have a platform where I get to say what so many dads can't say out loud.” “I'm their dad. It has to be co-parenting. It's not up to only the woman. Like, men have a choice also. Men's voices matter.” More in link radaronline.com/p/kanye-west-fathers-equal-say-childrens-upbringing-bombshell-surprise-interview/Another story of a father fighting for his and children's rights with a woman who harms her own children. "In an interview on Good Morning America, the 45-year-old rapper said he had to 'fight for his voice' in his four children's lives and that other men shouldn't have to. 'I do have a voice but I had to fight for it. It hurts you when you have to scream about what your kids are wearing As a dad and as a Christian. And I have a right to have a voice on what my kids are wearing, what they're watching, what they're eating. 'I have a platform where I get to say what so many dads can't say out loud. 'I'm their dad. This 2019 report from the UK confirms that separated fathers are 50% more likely to live in poverty than the working population. Moreover, the UK's Social Security Advisory Committee recommends that parents be treated equally in access to social benefits and the equal sharing of childcare based on the best interests of the children. The reason for this is the discrimination of fathers, especially after breakups of relationships, where, despite their willingness, they are deprived of equal and fair rights to care for their children in favor of mothers. This is common practice. Data from UK: "Twenty years on, new polling data shows that substantially more men are experiencing life as a stay-at-home dad. This appears to have accelerated during lockdown, when fathers across the UK found they had time to involve themselves more deeply in looking after their children. Among partnered fathers full-time at home during lockdown, 85% spent more time with their children, 73% more time on home schooling and helping with homework; and 72% more time on cleaning, laundry and cooking. Most (73%) said their relationship with their child had improved. We also now have official data from the Office for National Statistics confirming that in April 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 restrictions, working fathers were spending 88% of the time working mothers spent on unpaid childcare – up from 54% in 2014-15. We also know that in March 2022, after the main Covid-19 restrictions were lifted, this crucial metric didn’t fall back fully; it settled at 66%. What’s changed? The new data shows that working fathers in March 2022 spent more than a third of their paid work time working from home – up from just 6% in 2014-15. And the time these men spend on travel has also dropped, by a whopping 41%." The author asks why nothing is happening. The answer is simple, because politicians in most cases only support mothers and are incapable of making decisions due to their prejudice against fathers, hence most initiatives are aimed at mothers. "The big question is, who are the politicians and commissioners of public services prepared to recognise and support this monumental shift? Who will see families as they are – rather than, as now, viewing mothers as the only parent worthy of tax-funded leave and services?" The father was denied custody in court, but the mother was granted despite the fact that the father had warned. Contrary to common myths, statistics confirm that mothers together with their partners (stepfathers) are most often the cause of violence against children. "A Minnesota woman who asked a store clerk for ammunition that would "blow the biggest hole" was found guilty Wednesday of fatally shooting her 6-year-old son just 10 days after regaining full custody of him, in a case that raised questions about the conduct of child welfare workers. Her ex-boyfriend, Tory Hart, a bait and tackle shop manager from Chetek, Wisconsin, has filed a lawsuit alleging that child welfare workers ignored warning signs before his son's death. He had filed a petition seeking custody shortly before the killing and at trial told jurors his son was "everything to me." A new book is out that is based on a wealth of scientific research to support equal parenting rights without the sexist stereotypes that currently prevail hurting fathers and their children. "Myths and Lies About Dads: How They Hurt Us All is a groundbreaking book that destroys more than 100 of the most damaging beliefs about fathers. Using the most recent research, this pioneering work exposes these baseless beliefs and the toll they take on children’s relationships with their fathers, parents’ relationships with one another, and the physical and mental health of fathers and mothers. Tackling a wide range of topics from custody laws, to children’s toys, to the sexist behavior of counselors, pediatricians, and lawyers, Dr Linda Nielsen describes in vivid detail how these myths are linked to many of our most pressing issues". Opinion by an independent expert supporting equal parenting. ""Grounded in a wide range of research and draws implications that interest a general audience on current topics. The book’s material has direct implications for public policy regarding family law, divorce, and child custody. Nielsen frames these issues in a clever and catchy manner that make the book an ideal choice for academic courses, with appeal to a much wider general audience." Richard Warshak, clinical and research psychologist and author". "Based on general knowledge, one local legal expert suggested that a $500,000 bond seemed high for a misdemeanor charge. According to Robert Sedler, a constitutional law professor at Wayne State University, there is a First Amendment right to criticize judges, which is the heart of the matter in this case. He added that this high bond amount could be seen as an excessive bail requirement and is therefore in violation of Article 1, Section 16 of the Michigan Constitution, which prohibits valuable fines, inhumane punishment, and excessive bail." According to Somberg, Vanderhagen was vocal about his grief for his late son on Facebook and exercised his First Amendment rights to express his views. He mentioned that as a public figure, Vanderhagen should expect to be under scrutiny and less shielded from criticism. Jonathan Vanderhagen, who spent two months in Macomb County Jail, was acquitted of the misdemeanor charge against him. Vanderhagen was found not guilty of malicious use of telecommunications services by a six-member District Court jury after a brief three-day trial. As a result, he was released from jail as a free man". Governor DeSantis announced two years ago that the rights of fathers must be respected for the good of society and the well-being of children, and this year Florida passed laws at a pace unlike anywhere else in the world to equate the rights of fathers with those of mothers. What's more, both parents currently have the same rights, and after the breakdown of relationships, child share custody is assumed by default. If only there were more politicians like this. "Florida Statute 742, a law that governs parental rights, child support, and responsibilities of both parents related to a newborn child. Beginning July 1st, 2023 many unwed fathers will now automatically receive specific parental rights that formerly went exclusively to the mother of the newborn child". A falsely accused father tells what consequences it has on him. " On the strength of that first letter in 2020, the state opened a child welfare case against Valdez. That could have led to his parental rights being ended for good. So Valdez agreed to give full custody to the mother of his son in a separate Family Court action as the cost of ending the child welfare case. “I was basically pressured to agree to these circumstances,” he said. Then the state changed its mind about the very allegation that triggered the child welfare case in the first place. In the meantime, Valdez has not seen his son, now 8, for three years."
