www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/ex-air-flight-attendant-who-22888158 They call her by name, a pedophile who was released from prison after a week. This would never have happened if the sex of the pedophile was male. Why is this treatment for criminals of two different genders? The crime is the same and should be treated and punished in the same way.

"A beauty therapist caught with £1.5 million of cocaine stashed within a sophisticated hide in the boot of her car will only have to pay back £41.05". And now what excuse this single mother had: "Mum-of-two Nelson, who was five months' pregnant when she was jailed last year, admitted conspiracy to supply cocaine. Her barrister told the court she was the victim of a controlling and physically abusive ex-partner, who had "persuaded her to collect something" on his behalf. At the time Christopher Martin, defending, said she neither looked in the bags nor knew what they contained. "It is no exaggeration to say she was and remains scared of her ex-boyfriend," he added. But passing sentence, Judge Philip Statman said there was "very little evidence of recent pressure or coercion". He told Nelson she had embarked on "a deliberate course of conduct for financial gain" which had to be marked by a substantial prison sentence despite the profound impact on both her son and unborn child." In fact, we were most outraged by the following statement by the judge who admitted that some judges treat mothers leniently and, what is more, against the law. The judge said: ""Believe me when I say it is no easy task for any judge to separate a mother from a child, or indeed sentence on the basis that you will spend the remaining months of your pregnancy and the first years of your unborn child's life when it is born detained in custody." Why do judges have no qualms about putting innocent children's fathers in prison for not being able to pay child support, for example? Why are fathers made criminals for no reason and cleansing mothers who break the law, cheat, falsely accuse? Why is it that only your gender determines how you will be treated in court. This judge made it clear that mothers are treated differently from fathers. You fathers they can unscrupulously throw you in jail for being only a father, while mothers who break the law are treated above the law. Where's social justice here. www.kentonline.co.uk/maidstone/news/pay-back-for-cocaine-smuggling-beauty-therapist-236094/

See how a female child pedophile defines sexual abuse of a child, like a romantic relationship, and avoids imprisonment. "Woman receives suspended sentence for sexually abusing girl in orphanage A Dublin grandmother who sexually abused an 11-year-old girl in the orphanage she was working in almost 50 years ago told gardaí that she believed she was in a romantic relationship with the girl. Rita Ryan (69) was in her early twenties and working as a care assistant, when she first began to abuse the child after calling into her bedroom at night-time and asking her if she knew “what French kissing was?”. The abuse continued and escalated in severity to include mutual masturbation and oral sex. The now 60-year-old victim, who lives abroad, made a statement to gardaí in 2014. Ryan was questioned in October 2016 and said she didn't think her behaviour amounted to sexual abuse. She accepted a suggestion by the gardaí that it was instead “a romantic relationship” and acknowledged that it was also “an intimate relationship”. www.leinsterleader.ie/news/news/587921/lucan-grandmother-receives-suspended-sentence-for-sexually-abusing-girl-in-orphanage.html

Another case where a woman is treated kindly to an act she has done. "Amanda Katherine Steele was sentenced to 90 days in prison and a seven-year probation period on Tuesday It was revisited in July 2019, when her now ex-husband told authorities had also caught his wife in the hot tub with one of the victims. When he tried to intervene, Steele reportedly became upset and told 'him he's being ridiculous,' according to the paper. Another victim also shared that he used a Go-Pro camera to record one of their sexual encounters but claimed that the computer with the file was destroyed. While the victims considered the sexual acts consensual, Steele was charged because under Idaho law, a minor who is 16 and 17 cannot consent to sex with adults five or more years older than them. But the amended charges means Steele will not have to register as a sex offender. As part of her sentencing, she is also ordered to complete 300 hours of community service as well as $4,671 in fees and fines." www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8958763/Mom-lured-boy-seminary-hot-tub-sex-jailed-90-days.html?ito=social-facebook

"Nijinsky Dix, 37, was charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of her ex-boyfriend Investigators discovered a cell phone and determined Dix was speaking with her mother, who was still on the line, according to the court records. “The individual stated the defendant called her and stated, ‘He pushed me, and I shot him,’” the court records stated. The station also reported that Dix was a PhD student at the University of Illinois but worked at the University of Notre Dame, where she was the director of the Talent Search Upward Bound program, which helps people from disadvantaged backgrounds." people.com/crime/nijinsky-dix-phd-student-accused-stalking-killing-ex-boyfriend/?fbclid=IwAR2krrHkeb6bvdSLG4qMh33Ww-TEBw1X36-Y_8VX5EHdlACfY8uXrpPX34A
