As a result of stereotypes, male victims of violence are deprived of the equal rights that female victims have. Additionally, the male results of shame before stigmatizing them, are less often reported as victims, are often not taken seriously, and therefore suffer in silence and forgetfulness. "Recent UK-based research by Bates (2019) exploring men's experiences of IPV, including barriers to leaving their relationship and perceptions of societal beliefs about male victims, identified that the men's physical and psychological well-being was negatively influenced by the abuse they experienced. This online qualitative survey study demonstrated that the men perceived society as disbelieving of male victimisation, which negatively impacted their willingness to seek help and leave the relationship. Negative help-seeking experiences have been shown to have lasting and significant implications on male (and female) victims’ mental health (Fauci & Goodman, 2020; Tsui et al., 2010). US research by Douglas and Hines (2011) demonstrated that the association between sustaining IPV and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) was stronger where there were greater levels of hostility towards male victims when voicing their experiences.' Such lies about domestic violence are spread around the world with the aim of making only men perpetrators and women victims. "A new report reveals the workings of a multi-million dollar campaign designed to mislead lawmakers and the American public about domestic violence. Published by the Coalition to End Domestic Violence, the report calls on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to end its long-standing effort to deny help to female abusers and to stereotype men as domestic violence perpetrators." Facts: "Statistics from the CDC’s National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Study show that in a given year, women abuse men in intimate relationships just as much as men abuse women. Women are at greater risk for injury and homicide, but women abuse men at rates much higher than most people realize." The study below reported that women who first initiate violence against their male partners then report as victims. "How can we prevent Intimate Partner Violence and injury to women? IPV researcher Deborah Capaldi, Ph.D., a social scientist at the Oregon Social Learning Center, finds that the best way for women to be safe is to not initiate violence against their male partners. According to Dr. Capaldi, "The question of initiation of violence is a crucial one…much IPV is mutual, and initiations — even that seem minor — may lead to escalation. Dr. Capaldi’s research examined the different relationship violence scenarios — violence by him only, violence by her only, violence by both with him initiating, and violence by both with her initiating. Of these, the most likely to result in future injury to women is when she initiates violence against him and he responds, although both mutually aggressive groups were close in danger levels. Dr. Capaldi notes that in a study of women who were in a battered women’s shelter, "67% of the women reported severe violence toward their partner in the past year." Others in the domestic violence field, including Erin Pizzey, founder of the first battered women’s shelter in England in the early 1970s, have had similar findings." The scam perpetrated on the rise in domestic violence during covid 19 by women's and feminist organizations and as a result, distorted coverage of domestic violence in the media in England and Scotland is explained in this article. "Before the first English lockdown started, Women’s Aid were already predicting dire consequences for victims of domestic abuse. In August 2020 a joint Panorama/Women’s Aid “investigation” reported that domestic abuse surged in lockdown. The Guardian reported it thus, “The coronavirus crisis has dramatically compounded domestic violence against women, new research has revealed. Two-thirds of women in abusive relationships have suffered more violence from their partners during the pandemic.” In a fine example of arguing both ways, not only lockdowns but also the ending of lockdowns have been blamed for rises in domestic abuse. In November 2020, under the title “New statistics reveal spike in domestic violence during lockdown”, Nick Thomas-Symonds for the web site Labour.org" Of course, the main focus of this propaganda, moreover, as always is money. This was another excuse for women's organizations for additional funding. "That’s a grand total of an extra £213M Government funding to domestic and sexual abuse services over a 10 month period. This will be on top of the approximately £300M funding received by Women’s Aid affiliated charities in the UK annually. Conclusions The police recorded data on numbers of reported incidents classified as DV have been trending up across almost all police forces for at least a decade. This contrasts with CSEW data on numbers of DV victims which has not been trending up, but either trending down or roughly static. A larger number of police recorded DV incidents in 2020 compared with 2019 cannot be taken as indicative of a Covid lockdown effect as it was expected, without Covid, based on current trends. Instead the issue of whether 2020 brought an unexpectedly large volume of DV incidents must be explored by measuring any exceedance of reported incidents from that expected based on trends. This measure is provided here by the defined Index of Change. More police forces reported data which indicated that the volume of incidents in 2020 was less than expected based on trends than the number of forces reporting greater volumes than expected. This suggests there was no significant “Covid lockdown” enhancement of DV prevalence in 2020 across England and Wales as a whole. Based on summing incidents across the 36 police forces responding to my FOI, the overall Index of Change for women victims was negative (-2.9%) whilst for male victims it was positive (+2.5%). These are only small deviations from expectation, but if there is a “Covid lockdown” enhancement of DV across England and Wales as a whole it applies only to male victims. Some police force areas do have positive Index of Change, indicating possible local lockdown effects (though I have no evidence that lockdowns are the cause of any enhancement). Of these the West Midlands is by far the most significant, with a 33% excess of incidents involving male victims and an excess of 22% for female victims." Is there anyone else here who believes in the sincere intentions of women's and feminist organizations where they are able to cheat society for monetary purposes? Scientists named and investigated what most men experience after relationship breakdowns in the courts as a result of crusades waged by their former partners. Their research found negative effects on their mental health, physical health, and the suicides that occur as a result of being treated unfairly. "Legal and administrative aggression or violence (LAV) occurs when one partner uses the legal and administrative system (courts, law enforcement, the police, child protection services) either during or after the termination of a relationship in an abusive manner that often includes false allegations against the victims. Hines et al. have developed an instrument to measure this, which includes both threats to use the legal and administrative system and its actual use. “Victims of LAV are more likely to be male, though this may not be recognized because the professional and legal systems responsible for intervening in cases of IPV often hold stereotypes that men cannot be victims of IPV” LAV can be perpetrated by both men and women, and can include frivolous lawsuits, false accusations of child abuse and other manipulations of the legal system. However, victims of LAV are more likely to be male, though this may not be recognized because the professional and legal systems responsible for intervening in cases of IPV often hold stereotypes that men cannot be victims of IPV, and that only men are capable of perpetrating serious IPV. Furthermore, most IPV services have traditionally been set up to serve women, and the legal system has a bias in most Western countries that favors the interests of women. Specifically, One study found that 12.9% of men reported that their partner threatened them with LAV, and 3.9% reported that their partner actually carried out a form of LAV against them. In contrast, 5.3% of the men reported threatening their partners with LAV and 1.1% reported actually perpetrating at least one form of LAV against their partner. The consequences of LAV are significant on many levels. Many men have to spend money, time and other resources to prove their innocence. Some spend time in prison or with restraining orders against their children based on false allegations. Cook provides data that some male victims of intimate partner violence have unjustly lost their homes, possessions, and contact with their children and feel powerless in the face of a judicial system that they believe is rigged against them. A study that assessed the concerns of men who called a hotline for battered men, found that nearly half of them reported that their partner had perpetrated LAV by demanding restraining orders with false allegations and manipulating the court system to gain custody of children. In another study, when male victims of intimate partner violence were asked about their reasons for not leaving an abusive relationship, one of the most commonly cited reasons was fear of never seeing their children again. The men also reported having suffered threats from their partner that they would ruin their reputation at work and in the community, as well as threats to make false claims accusing them of violence against themselves and the children. In fact, two-thirds of men report having been victims of such false allegations. In male victims of physical partner violence, one study found that 91.4% report that their partner has threatened some form of LAV and 78.9% say that their partner carried it out. All of these data suggest that a large proportion of male victims of intimate partner violence are victims of LAV." It was in the Oxford Union Q & A where Jordan Peterson did his usual and incredibly insightful spiel about the world and how to navigate it in the most beneficial manner possible. He explained differences between men and women with regards to agreeableness and aggressiveness as well as different interests in choosing professions. He also said that the results of the research confirm the thesis that the greater the socio-cultural emphasis is, the effect is counterproductive, and the difference between men and women grows.

"Objectives. We sought to examine the prevalence of reciprocal (i.e., perpetrated by both partners) and nonreciprocal intimate partner violence and to determine whether reciprocity is related to violence frequency and injury. Methods. We analyzed data on young US adults aged 18 to 28 years from the 2001 National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health, which contained information about partner violence and injury reported by 11 370 respondents on 18761 heterosexual relationships. Results. Almost 24% of all relationships had some violence, and half (49.7%) of those were reciprocally violent. In nonreciprocally violent relationships, women were the perpetrators in more than 70% of the cases. Reciprocity was associated with more frequent violence among women (adjusted odds ratio [AOR]=2.3; 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.9, 2.8), but not men (AOR=1.26; 95% CI=0.9, 1.7). Regarding injury, men were more likely to inflict injury than were women (AOR=1.3; 95% CI=1.1, 1.5), and reciprocal intimate partner violence was associated with greater injury than was nonreciprocal intimate partner violence regardless of the gender of the perpetrator (AOR=4.4; 95% CI=3.6, 5.5). Conclusions. The context of the violence (reciprocal vs nonreciprocal) is a strong predictor of reported injury. Prevention approaches that address the escalation of partner violence may be needed to address reciprocal violence." And how many women do not admit? The author poses a very good question, why do we men believe in the good intentions of protecting women from domestic violence, when the same help is denied by a male victim and, what is more, female perpetrators of domestic violence are protected. "Why is it that we expect young men as they examine the domestic violence reality to presume anything but hate? This is especially when they hear how – “men need to do for men, what women did for women” while they understand full well that the earliest women like Erin Pizzey had supportive husbands, and also knew full well that women could be as abusive as men – and noted that 60 of the first 100 of the women in her first shelter acknowledged being at least as abusive as their husbands. What is the view of young men when they understand that the much if not the majority of the funding – before governments stepped in – for women’s shelters came from businessmen? What are they to think when they see that when government funding was sought that the feminists leading the charge created and pushed a gendered model of domestic violence by examining only women and ignoring even women’s own reports of their initiation." An in-depth analysis of the reported trauma as a result of domestic violence in hospitals between the sexes was performed. Feminists, of course, will hide these facts by creating a one-sided message of gender domestic violence as all-female victims. "In this study, investigators collected data from the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS), a collection of injury data from roughly 100 hospitals across the country. Khurana and colleagues compiled data from patients that self-reported IPV-related injuries from 2005 to 2015, then evaluated the cause of each injury, its anatomical location, and its diagnosis. They then compared these results between men and women. This research revealed significant sex differences in injury presentation and location. While facial bruises are common among female victims of IPV, men in this study were significantly more likely to have lacerations, most often on their forearms. Men were also more likely to have been cut or pierced, bitten, hit by a motor vehicle, burned, or sustained a gunshot wound, while women were more likely to have been struck or fallen. There were also more hospitalizations in IPV male victims than female. Interestingly, men constituted 36.1 percent of all IPV victims over 60, raising awareness that IPV considerably impacts older men." Biases suggesting that IPV predominantly affects women may also cause medical professionals to overlook IPV-related injuries in male patients. While 35.1 percent of men in a previous study reported an injury severe enough for hospitalization, only 18.1 percent sought medical assistance, suggesting social stigmas may also dissuade men from seeking help. In this study, investigators collected data from the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS), a collection of injury data from roughly 100 hospitals across the country. A study combining the results of over half a million subjects surely can't be wrong. Among the the PASK Project findings: "Rates of female-perpetrated violence higher than male-perpetrated (28.3% vs. 21.6%)" "Eight studies directly compared men and women in the power/control motive and subjected their findings to statistical analyses. "Self-defense was endorsed in most samples by only a minority of respondents, male and female. For non-perpetrator samples, the rates of self-defense reported by men ranged from 0% to 21%, and for women the range was 5% to 35%. The highest rates of reported self-defense motives (50% for men, 65.4% for women) came from samples of perpetrators, who may have reasons to overestimate this motive." "A 32-nation study of violence against dating partners by university partners found that about a third had been violent, and most incidents of partner violence involve violence by both the man and woman, according to Murray Straus, founder and co-director of the Family Research Laboratory at the University of New Hampshire. The second largest category was couples where the female partner was the only one to carry about physical attacks, not the male partner. Straus' new research also found that dominance by the female partner is even more closely related to violence by women than is male dominance. These results call into question the widely held belief that partner violence is primarily a male crime and that when women are violent it is self defense". You can also view the data for all kinds of violence whether severe or not, or for only those cases involving severe violence. Interesting results: Iran has the highest overall assault rate, followed by Mexico, South Africa, and Great Britain. The U.S. is 16th out of 32 nations. And Malta, Israel, Sweden, and Portugal have the lowest rates. But when looking only at severe violence, the nations with the highest assault rates are Taiwan, Tanzania, Mexico, and Iran, those with the lowest rated are Singapore, Netherlands, Malta, and Sweden, and the U.S. was again near the middle at 15th out of 32 nations. * web.archive.org/web/20091210222334/http://pubpages.unh.edu/~mas2/ID41-PR41-Dominance-symmetry-In-Press-07.pdf#men #women #equal #father #discriminationmen #discrimination #segregation #falseaccusations #domesticviolence #childsupport #equalparenting #parentalalienation #divorce #fraud #falseaccusationsrape #fatherless #childsharecustody #fahtermatter #law #brokenlaw #familylaw #court #depression, #depressionafterdivorce #Divorce #effectsofdivorce #health #masculinity #mentalhealth #suicidal #suicide #equalpay #equalwork #menrights #humanrights
