Everyone knows the general narrative and myths about fathers' violence against their own children, but how it used to be and how it is today. Data from the USA The first table presents aggregate data from 2001-2006, where mothers perpetrated on average 279,000 annually, and fathers perpetrated on average 116,000 per year. In the second table, we have the latest data from 2019, where mothers were the perpetrators of 293,000 and fathers were the perpetrators of 153,000. As can be seen from both historical and modern data, mothers have always outnumbered fathers in these infamous statistics, but for some reason fathers are punished for this, and mothers are not. In this case, the creator of this report, using statistical data from the UK, proves using the example of one women's organization, Woman Aid, how they use a false narrative using political lobbying to gain benefits. Facts: "In the 7 years 2009 to 2015 there were 332 children culpably killed in the UK whose deaths have been subject to Serious Case Reviews by the child protection authorities (excluding suicides). Below I present a review of information gleaned from these Serious Case Reviews (SCRs). This serves two purposes. Firstly, as I and others have noted elsewhere, identification of the perpetrators of child homicides in the UK is subject to considerable obfuscation. This review of the SCRs serves to provide some information on perpetration by mothers, fathers, the mother’s partner, and other people." What Women's Aid does to steal fathers' rights: "The second purpose, and the initial motivation for this review, is to provide a response to the recent Women’s Aid report “Child First: Nineteen Child Homicides“. This report is discussed further in the text below. In brief it trawled 10 years of SCR data in order to identify a carefully selected dozen cases of men killing their children whilst on ‘contact’ visits. These carefully selected cases are used in Nineteen Child Homicides to spuriously justify calls for further restrictions on fathers being granted contact with their children. This Women’s Aid report is staggeringly dishonest. This statement is justified by the findings of the more complete review of SCRs presented below." Women's Aid's conduct is highly immoral, but most of all it has enormous negative consequences for the rights of children and fathers. We see the consequences of these actions every day, and the society experiences negative effects. Scientists named and investigated what most men experience after relationship breakdowns in the courts as a result of crusades waged by their former partners. Their research found negative effects on their mental health, physical health, and the suicides that occur as a result of being treated unfairly. "Legal and administrative aggression or violence (LAV) occurs when one partner uses the legal and administrative system (courts, law enforcement, the police, child protection services) either during or after the termination of a relationship in an abusive manner that often includes false allegations against the victims. Hines et al. have developed an instrument to measure this, which includes both threats to use the legal and administrative system and its actual use. “Victims of LAV are more likely to be male, though this may not be recognized because the professional and legal systems responsible for intervening in cases of IPV often hold stereotypes that men cannot be victims of IPV” LAV can be perpetrated by both men and women, and can include frivolous lawsuits, false accusations of child abuse and other manipulations of the legal system. However, victims of LAV are more likely to be male, though this may not be recognized because the professional and legal systems responsible for intervening in cases of IPV often hold stereotypes that men cannot be victims of IPV, and that only men are capable of perpetrating serious IPV. Furthermore, most IPV services have traditionally been set up to serve women, and the legal system has a bias in most Western countries that favors the interests of women. Specifically, One study found that 12.9% of men reported that their partner threatened them with LAV, and 3.9% reported that their partner actually carried out a form of LAV against them. In contrast, 5.3% of the men reported threatening their partners with LAV and 1.1% reported actually perpetrating at least one form of LAV against their partner. The consequences of LAV are significant on many levels. Many men have to spend money, time and other resources to prove their innocence. Some spend time in prison or with restraining orders against their children based on false allegations. Cook provides data that some male victims of intimate partner violence have unjustly lost their homes, possessions, and contact with their children and feel powerless in the face of a judicial system that they believe is rigged against them. A study that assessed the concerns of men who called a hotline for battered men, found that nearly half of them reported that their partner had perpetrated LAV by demanding restraining orders with false allegations and manipulating the court system to gain custody of children. In another study, when male victims of intimate partner violence were asked about their reasons for not leaving an abusive relationship, one of the most commonly cited reasons was fear of never seeing their children again. The men also reported having suffered threats from their partner that they would ruin their reputation at work and in the community, as well as threats to make false claims accusing them of violence against themselves and the children. In fact, two-thirds of men report having been victims of such false allegations. In male victims of physical partner violence, one study found that 91.4% report that their partner has threatened some form of LAV and 78.9% say that their partner carried it out. All of these data suggest that a large proportion of male victims of intimate partner violence are victims of LAV." Betina uses the example of Australia to tell how the truth about the real violence of mothers and their partners against their children is being hidden. It is based on statistical data. Interesting reading "When the Howard government introduced family law reforms encouraging shared parenting, Australia led the world in trying to protect children’s rights to have both divorced parents actively involved in their care. Now, fifteen years later, these reforms have been derailed by claims this puts youngsters at risk through exposing them to violent fathers. The whole family law system has been highjacked by false violence accusations which are very effectively ensuring women retain care of children whilst most dads fight to achieve even minimal contact. Imagine if the truth emerged that mothers, particularly single mothers and their boyfriends, pose a far greater risk than fathers of physical and psychological abuse and neglect of children. Think of the repercussions if there was proper public discussion of the irrefutable statistical evidence showing fathers are more likely to provide safer care than mothers." The article from 8 years ago is still valid on what are the cases in family courts in Ireland. "Her research, into the Irish Circuit Court system, was funded by the Irish Research Council and conducted between October 2008 and February 2012. With ministerial consent she observed 1,087 family law cases in all eight circuits, and carried out comparative research in New Zealand and Canada. Wealth of data What sets this research apart is the volume of cases analysed and the wealth of empirical data it contains. It amounts to by far the most extensive and detailed study undertaken of the Irish family court system. O’Shea describes an opaque and costly system, with poor outcomes for children and fathers. A primary objective of her research was to determine the basis – if any – of judicial decisions, and to identify any patterns. She discovered a total absence of consistency. She also conducted interviews with judges who hear family law cases. Most indicated an intense dislike for the emotional context of family law, and said they found disputes over arrangements for children difficult and sometimes distasteful. Her findings indicate a staggering ignorance of the emotional and psychological dynamics of relationship breakdown, and an absence of judicial training. The operation of the in camera rule and the isolation of judges ensure each judge develops a highly subjective approach, the interpretation of which becomes virtually the sole function of family law practitioners. Hence, the prejudices and foibles of particular judges dictate not only the outcomes but also how cases are presented in court. Legal fiction Judges appeared to see access orders as having more to do with keeping warring parents apart than addressing the needs of children. “Joint custody” is a legal fiction designed to camouflage the reality. In 95 per cent of “joint custody” cases observed by O’Shea, mothers ended up in effect the sole carer, and “access” orders severely restricted the role of the non- resident parent. Frequently, in cases where children resided with their mothers, schools refused to communicate with the “joint custodian” father. Day-to-day care was shared in just 1 per cent of such cases. Where sole custody was ordered, it was usually to the mother. Where access was unilaterally withheld, it was invariably by mothers, who appeared to regard children as their personal property. By and large, this perspective was tacitly endorsed by the courts. No judge implemented any sanction against such behaviour, even when court orders were repeatedly breached." An article for all fathers who have been deprived of the right to spend the world with their children, how to deal with such situations. "In a survey of over 1,000 divorced parents, fathers went on average over three years without spending Christmas day with their children, and travelled on average 392 miles to see their children at Christmas. Another survey of 402 parents by Families Need Fathers (FNF) found that about half the children of separated families only saw one parent at Christmas. In many cases court orders for contact with the child were ignored. For those who didn’t see their children, around three quarters didn’t get a card, gift or phone call from the child. Many respondents said that parental alienation was an issue. The mental health impact on fathers who are unable to see their children at Christmas must be enormous, inducing in some a state of grief. However in general, suicides don’t increase over Christmas, and for separated dads Christmas time is when the family courts are shut, which temporarily reduces a major source of stress in their lives." "In research and literature, little attention has been paid to the role of women, especially mothers, in child sexual abuse.n research and literature, little attention has been paid to the role of women, especially mothers, in child sexual abuse. Objective In order to estimate prevalences on mothers as perpetrators and bystanders, data was collected in a German nationwide representative survey. Participants and setting A total of 2,531 participants (53.3 % female, 14−94 years) were selected by a random route procedure and questioned with a paper-pencil-questionnaire. Methods The survey included the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire as well as questions on the perpetrator-victim relationship, bystanders and the awareness within society on the topic of female-perpetrated child sexual abuse. Prevalences were calculated. Results The prevalence of child sexual abuse (6.6 %) as well as the proportion of female perpetrators (6.6 %) determined in the current survey were low compared to the findings of previous studies. Within the group of female perpetrators, biological mothers accounted for a larger share than biological fathers in the group of male perpetrators. Among the bystanders, the biological mother was named most frequently (24.6 %). Conclusion The general population underestimates the involvement of biological mothers in child sexual abuse. The results confirm that female perpetrators account for a rather small but substantial proportion of the perpetrators of child sexual abuse. Furthermore, the results indicate that mothers play a role in sexual abuse – either as perpetrators or as bystanders – that has been underestimated so far. It is therefore necessary to sensitize professionals and the public to the topic of female perpetrators and especially to the role of mothers in child sexual abuse." This is proof that child share custody works perfectly!!! Two independent research studies carried out in Spain following the introduction of Equal Parental Time (EPT) in 5 out of 16 Spanish regions show how important it is for the ETP to be the default option when parents separate and divorce their children. The first study looked at the impact of the ETP on rates of domestic violence, and the second looked at the impact on the relationship between parents, parents and children and the behavior of children and adolescents. Law changes in these regions have had huge positive effects, see below for details. 1) "Study of the impact of equal parenting time (EPT) laws on divorce-related outcomes, female employment and risky behavior by teenagers, using the natural experiment created by a series of reforms to promote EPT in 5 out of 16 Spanish regions, implemented between 2009 and 2011. The new laws established a presumption that EPT is in the best interest of the child, and parents’ disagreement was deemed insufficient to deny EPT. In this paper, we examine the effects on domestic violence of the passage of joint custody laws in Spain, which effectively changed the custody decision upon divorce from a unilateral maternal choice to a joint decision in which joint custody could not be unilaterally blocked by the mother, barring evidence of domestic violence. To illustrate the potential channels through which the policy change may affect IPV, we develop a simple theoretical model in which men may use IPV as an implicit threat of violence upon divorce. Using survey and administrative data, we find that the policy significantly decreased domestic violence, with IPV falling by almost 50%. Moreover, these effects are largest among couples more likely to divorce and in which the mother was more likely to seek sole custody before the policy change and therefore had the largest policy effects. We also find evidence of a significant reduction of the number of female homicides committed by intimate partners after the joint custody reform. More in link www.iza.org/publications/dp/13810/bargaining-under-threats-the-effect-of-joint-custody-laws-on-intimate-partner-violence?fbclid=IwAR0V6gWh8lOWKE0Z7BbsuVtf0IjmbSUWdO9r6xtbyguLL0KhqzgggBVZGGE2) From perspective, EPT laws, by equalizing the bargaining power of both spouses in a divorce proceeding, act as an incentive for them to reach beneficial agreements for both parents and their children. Hence, one of our main results is that EPT laws reduce contentious divorces. This is similar to the effects of mediation, which has been shown to reduce conflict in divorce proceedings, lead to remarkably improved relationships between nonresidential parents and children, as well as between divorced parents (Emery et al., 2005). In a sense, EPT laws create the conditions for a negotiation process to arise between the parties of a divorce similar to the one that is intended to be achieved through mediation, only that in the case of EPT laws, this process arises from interest of both parents to reach an agreement. Also, our results indicate that EPT laws act as a mechanism to increase the bonds between parents and children, positively impacting the emotional development of the latter. That is, although the observed decrease in contentious divorces could partly explain the decrease in risky behavior of adolescents, if EPT laws enhance the relationship of teenagers with their parents we could see an improvement in adolescent behavior even for those affected by a divorce of their parents. This relationship has already been established in previous works (e.g., Nielsen, 2018; Turunen, 2017), but mostly from a correlational point of view, not a causal one as we do in this paper. Finally, our study shows that joint custody laws produce incentives for a more equal division of labor between fathers and mothers. Unfortunately, the data do not allow us to know if this result is due to the greater availability of time of divorced mothers, or to a lower economic transfer in the form of child support (see, Chiappori et al., 2017 and Rangel 2006 for equivalent effects due to changes in alimony laws). However, the fact that we find that married fathers, not only married mothers, also adjust their behavior (they work less) suggests that another mechanism may come from the fact that joint custody laws increase the incentives for fathers to invest time with their children, anticipating that they will be able to reap the rewards of that investment even in the event of a divorce". A huge number of the latest statistics from the USA illustrating the situation of consequences for children who have been fatherless as a result of faulty family policy. Good reading to understand the negative causes and effects of this policy on children. Such a policy is widespread in most countries in the world. "Across America, there are approximately 18.3 million children who live without a father in the home, comprising about 1 in 4 US children (Father Absence Statistics). The United States has the highest rate of children living in single-parent households of any nation in the world (Kramer, 2021). About 80 percent of single-parent homes are led by single mothers (Single Mother Statistics, 2021). At a rate of 23 percent of children living with one parent and no other adults, the United States stands over three times the world average of 7 percent of children raised by one parent. For reference, the number stands at 3 percent for China and 4 percent for India. (Kramer, 2021). Children from fatherless homes fare far worse in metrics of overall well-being and mental and behavioral health. These children are often burdened with lower self-esteem than other children, and they do not understand why their father abandoned them (Brown). This leads to a number of emotional problems like anxiety, social withdrawal, and depression, and it also leads to an increased risk of suicide and other forms of self-harm (Brown). Overall, children from single-parent families are twice as likely to suffer from mental health problems as those living with married parents (Batty, 2006). Research also suggests that high-risk children in single-parent homes have nearly five times greater a chance of developing mood disorders than those in dual-parent households, even when controlling for household income, age, and depression status of parents (Teel, 2016). This research suggests that fatherlessness is a significant contributor to mental health issues in children. In light of these statistics, it is no surprise that 90 percent of all homeless and runaway children (Research and Statistics), 63 percent of teen suicides, and 85 percent of children and teens with behavioral disorders come from fatherless homes (Martinez, 2011). Women dominate the violence against children around the world, but unfortunately, women's and feminist organizations create false narratives and myths. They flip the facts 180 degrees. An article from Finland and a translation below and in the link. "When a woman uses violence, the victims are usually the closest: children and spouse. In an interview study(switch to another service)16 per cent of men in a relationship had experienced physical or sexual violence or intimidation from their current partner. Domestic violence by men and women in the current relationship is about as common. According to the study, within families, mothers use more violence against children than fathers. Violence within the walls of the home is largely a latent crime: it is estimated that less than 10 percent of domestic violence is reported to the police. Veera Virta , Maria Academy's expert in preventive violence, encounters women of all ages who use or are afraid of using violence. A typical woman seeking help is an ordinary mother of pre-school children aged 30-45 living in peak years. Everyday fatigue and strain makes emotions overwhelm. - A relationship with a child can arouse a new kind of rage, which is contradictory and scary, when at the same time it is the most beloved relationship, Virta says. Violence can be harsh grips, throwing or hitting goods. Screaming and rage. Hitting isn’t always what hurts the most. The work of the Maria Academy shows more mental violence, such as intimidation, naming and humiliation. Studies show that mental violence can leave deeper traces on the victim than on individual physical acts. For one, feeling bad comes out as violent imagery, fantasy fantasies. Another hurts herself in anger when she doesn’t want to hurt her child. - Women are afraid of where anger can eventually lead, says Virta". ifstudies.org/blog/10-surprising-findings-on-shared-parenting-after-divorce-or-separationTo answer these questions, I reviewed 54 studies that compared children’s outcomes in shared and sole physical custody families independent of family income and parental conflict. In another recent study, I examined all the studies that compared levels of conflict and quality of co-parenting relationships between the two groups of parents. Ten findings emerged from my research, many of which refute commonly held beliefs that can lead to custody decisions that are often not in children’s best interests. 1. In the 54 studies—absent situations in which children needed protection from an abusive or negligent parent even before their parents separated—children in shared-parenting families had better outcomes than children in sole physical custody families. The measures of well-being included: academic achievement, emotional health (anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life satisfaction), behavioral problems (delinquency, school misbehavior, bullying, drugs, alcohol, smoking), physical health and stress-related illnesses, and relationships with parents, stepparents, and grandparents. 2. Infants and toddlers in JPC families have no worse outcomes than those in SPC families. Sharing overnight parenting time does not weaken young children’s bonds with either parent. 3. When the level of parental conflict was factored in, JPC children still had better outcomes across multiple measures of well-being. High conflict did not override the benefits linked to shared parenting, so JPC children’s better outcomes cannot be attributed to lower parental conflict. 4. Even when family income was factored in, JPC children still had better outcomes. Moreover, JPC parents were not significantly richer than SPC parents. 5. JPC parents generally did not have better co-parenting relationships or significantly less conflict than SPC parents. The benefits linked to JPC cannot be attributed to better co-parenting or to lower conflict. 6. Most JPC parents do not mutually or voluntarily agree to the plan at the outset. In the majority of cases, one parent initially opposed the plan and compromised as a result of legal negotiations, mediation, or court orders. Yet in these studies, JPC children still had better outcomes than SPC children. 7. When children are exposed to high, ongoing conflict between their parents, including physical conflict, they do not have any worse outcomes in JPC than in SPC families. Being involved in high, ongoing conflict is no more damaging to children in JPC than in SPC families. 8. Maintaining strong relationships with both parents by living in JPC families appears to offset the damage of high parental conflict and poor co-parenting. Although JPC does not eliminate the negative impact of frequently being caught in the middle of high, ongoing conflict between divorced parents, it does appear to reduce children’s stress, anxiety, and depression. 9. JPC parents are more likely to have detached, distant, and “parallel” parenting relationships than to have “co-parenting” relationships where they work closely together, communicate often, interact regularly, coordinate household rules and routines, or try to parent with the same parenting style. 10. No study has shown that children whose parents are in high legal conflict or who take their custody dispute to court have worse outcomes than children whose parents have less legal conflict and no custody hearing.

"Key Fatherless Household Statistics 2022 The 2021 U.S. A Census Bureau report revealed that 18.4 million children live in fatherless households. Households without fathers are 4 times more likely to live below the poverty line. Approximately 7 million biological dads are absentee dads to all of their minor children. In the United States, there are an estimated 1.8 million solo fathers living with their children. Children of fatherless households are 2 times more likely to drop out of school. Infant mortality rates are two times higher in fatherless households. Adolescents from fatherless households are more likely to commit crimes. Children growing up without a father are two times as likely to commit suicide. Fatherless Homes Statistics 2022 If you live in a home where both parents are present or you at least have equal access to both parents, you don’t know how fortunate you are to have that. There are literally millions of homes across the globe where the kids never had a father present, or even a male role model. 1. The 2021 U.S. a Census Bureau Report Revealed that 18.4 Million Children Live in Fatherless Households. Fatherless homes statistics like this one mean that America is in an absentee father crisis, which has many adverse effects on one of every four children. This data includes the absence of a biological, adoptive, or step-father". Based on FBI data, it is now possible to understand why fatherless children are at increased risk of being a criminal. The same is confirmed by the data on mass shooters, who in about 95% came from fatherless homes. The lack of fathers has huge negative social consequences "No other law enforcement agency has dedicated more time and resources to perfecting behavioral profiling than the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The FBI has an extensive network of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to providing behavioral based investigative and operational support to law enforcement agencies across the globe. In 1970, FBI Agent Howard D. Teten performed his, and the FBI’s, first “official” criminal behavioral profile while he was stationed in Amarillo, Texas. Utilizing the data gathered during his interviews with violent criminals, Douglas began to notice behavioral patterns. These patterns – now widely known to the public because of movies and television – were relatively new concepts at the time. Douglas uncovered that most of the criminals hailed from dysfunctional families, which often included some form of abuse, as well as a passive or absent father, and a domineering mother. These are zones of father and child destruction in the US. Unfortunately, there are such zones all over the world. "At the state level, the disaster zone for intact families was Puerto Rico, where only 38% of children live with two parents. That is followed by the District of Columbia at 48%, and Mississippi, Louisiana, and New Mexico, at between 55% and 57%, according to the Census data, which covers the years 2016-2020".
