Base on the "Child Maltreatment Report 2020, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services", mothers are the main perpetrators of the deaths of children and their partners in about 40%, and fathers and their partners are about 16%. Meanwhile, women's domestic violence and other women's organizations continue to misrepresent fathers as the sole perpetrators of child murders. Dutch researchers analyzed gender representation in infanticide cases and collected 297 press articles devoted to 71 cases of child murder in 1960-1989. "Historical research into the connections between gender and crime has demonstrated that criminal law is filled with cultural images of masculinity and femininity, particularly in relation to the categories of perpetrator and victim (Arnot & Usborne, 1999; D’Cruze & Jackson, 2009; Van der Heijden & Pluskota, 2018). Whether female suspects in past and present were judged less severely on the basis of stereotypes on femininity, is subject to historical debate. Several criminologists, sociologists and historians have concluded that women received more lenient sentences on the basis of perceived typical feminine values such as irrationality and passivity (Pollak, 1950, pp. 149–153; Zedner, 1991, pp. 83–90; Van der Heijden & Pluskota, 2015). Other research, however, found that this lenient sentencing in court, but also the mild judgment by the press, depends on the type of crime and that the image is more complex than simply the relationship between gender and the severity of the sentence (Grabe et al., 2006; Weimann & Fishman, 1988). In this article, we aim to contribute to this debate, which mostly revolves around the judicial sentence that is meted out, by exploring the role of the media in depicting gender and punishment" "Women who killed their children were portrayed as irrational, ill, pathetic, passive and (partially) unaccountable for their crimes, the latter also because of tough personal circumstances. Mothers who in a state of anxiety had smothered their newborn babies were generally depicted more compassionately than mothers who had violently killed their older children. When women showed their emotions in the courtroom and presented evidence of their love for their offspring they could count on the reporters’ sympathy. Fathers accused of murdering their children, however, were depicted in the newspapers as coldblooded and as responsible for their own deliberate and selfish acts. Rationality took centre stage here, men being blamed morally more than women. When men showed their emotions during the trial, and presented evidence that they had tried to be a good father, they were represented with more compassion." In the following conclusions obtained by Dutch researchers, their results coincide with what we see today in the contemporary press, where female and male perpetrators are still treated differently, not only in press headlines, but also in court judgments, and this is the case all over the world. The conclusion is that, despite the passage of 30 years, gender stereotypes are now at the same level as before, and what's more, nothing has changed in court decisions, which in most cases are based on female emotions and stereotypes rather than the main principle of legal equality before the law or non-discrimination on the basis of gender. Three years ago, researchers in Canada discovered that mothers used stereotypes more than fathers. "The study, published in the Canadian Journal of Behavioral Science, found that moms tend to favour girls expressing emotions of sadness and anger over boys. Fathers, on the other hand, lacked a bias towards emotions of anger and sadness in their children. “Angry girls are still more pleasant than boys, as per this test,” Kristel Thomassin, study author and psychology professor at the University of Guelph, told CTVNews.ca by phone Tuesday. “What we’re measuring is this self-conscious knowledge of our stereotypes within society. It doesn’t mean that you as an individuals have those personal values,” Thomassin said". This study explains the main causes of depriving fathers of equal rights to care for their children after divorce and separation. "There is a great deal of gender discrimination evident in child custody battles, bothduring and after the decision-making process. There is an overwhelming majority of children living with their mother than their father after their parents’ divorce. Not only are women more likely to receive custody of their children, they also receive a greater child support amount than acustodial father would. Women who were not granted custody by the court pay a smaller childsupport amount than their male counterparts. This occurs since judges have a bias that makesthem rule in favor of the mother in child custody battles despite the courts being a neutral andimpartial governmental institution. This can be resolved through the legal equality doctrine, which states that men and women can find parity if the necessary legislation that makes the twosexes equal is passed. To fully rid the courts of this gender discrimination, the legal equalitydoctrine must be used by passing legislation which makes men and women equal rather thanfollowing stereotypical gender role. Combine this study with the number of male suicides and the shorter life of men than women to get a complete picture of what this is having on men and society. Reason why it should be considered as systemic persecution of men to deprive them of their human dignity. "The results show that the mental wellbeing of participant fathers in family court proceedings was indicated to be only just above clinical depression levels on average. Its strongest negative interactions were related to problems with child access and family court issues. The data shows that on 44% of occasions fathers’ wellbeing indicators suggested they were experiencing levels of stress that were not only chronic (long-term) but possibly clinical. The research points to the need for court processes to be resolved as swiftly as possible. Prior to Covid-19 the average time taken for family court proceedings to conclude was 30.1 weeks and in July to September it was 34.2 weeks. These are not child-appropriate timescales, especially for pre-teen children". Now everyone can understand that what you do to fathers in family court trials is like war crimes. "As a consequence of the genocide, rates of mental disorders are elevated in Rwanda. In community samples rates for PTSD range from 24.8% [2] to 46.4% [3], for depression from 15.5% [4] to 46.4% [3] and add up to 58.9% [3] for anxiety symptoms". Deadly child support In this report, authors Brian Hudson, Tara Hudson-Ballard and Alan Meekings have demonstrated, using UK statistics, how lethal child support is and how they push fathers into poverty if their earnings are below average. Anyone reading this report can understand why suicide rates are about 15 times the average among fathers who pay child support. "Parental mortality data from the Child Maintenance Service (CMS), the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP), and the Office for National Statistics (ONS), show that parents who are in arrears with the CMS have a mortality rate 14.28 times higher than the national mortality rate. Arrears is the financial and legal term that refers to the status of payments in relation to their due dates[1] i.e. applies to an overdue payment, and any non-compliance fines that may be levied. This subgroup forms 65.1% of the deaths of paying parents, despite being only 12.3% of that population. 93.1% of the deaths that exceed the national average mortality rate (here on referred to as excess / unexplained deaths) in the paying parent population were in arrears in the month prior to their death. The harsh treatment of these parents by the CMS in the form of methods used to enforce payment can reasonably be considered a contributing factor to the inordinately higher mortality rate of this subgroup. Despite the extensive historical protesting against the CMS and the progressive government investment into mental health support, there is an absence of investigation into the contribution of the CMS to parent death. This oversight can be considered, as a minimum, grossly negligent due to the substantially high mortality rate of paying parents in arrears, and requires urgent investigation. Of 1,013 annual excess deaths within the paying parent population, 93.1%, were in arrears at the time of their death. This gives the ‘in arrears’ sub group a mortality rate which is 14.28 times greater, and the ‘without arrears’ subgroup a mortality rate 1.15 times greater, than the expected rate of mortality when compared with the general population age range 30-50. This large difference in mortality rate between the two groups indicates a strong association between being in arrears and parent death. That correlation is strengthened significantly by the reduction in paying parent deaths in 2020 compared to 2019 which mirrors the reduction in CMS enforcement activity in 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions. It is commonly understood that poverty is a causative factor in increased physical and mental illnesses as well as suicidal ideation, as demonstrated and addressed by numerous researchers. Melzer et al (2010) stated that those in debt are “twice as likely to think about suicide” [16] and Perry and Craig (2015) address the higher mortality rate for homeless individuals with the average life expectancy of homeless people being 47 years compared to 77 years in the general population[17]. This elucidates to a potential involvement of the CMS in excess parent deaths due to their role in paying parent financial difficulty. Involvement of such has been consistently denied by the CMS and the government ministers responsible, including within FoI disclosure, where it is stated that “Although date of death is held, the cause of death is not, therefore no causal effect or link between a CMS case in arrears and mortality can be assumed from any information provided”.[3]. The correlation between the CMS, parental debt and debt/poverty related deaths places an institutional responsibility upon CMS and government to have carried out adequate research and risk analysis as to the impact of miscalculations, heavy handed enforcement and the absence of a minimum amount the paying parent is left with to meet their own basic living costs. The average paying parent profile, which is based on the average parent under CMS oversight having 1.5 children[26], and was adjusted according to the percentage of parents who have 1, 2, 3 and zero nights contact with their child(ren), demonstrated the same correlation as depicted in Fig.22 and the other 12 profiles for the more specific scenarios. This average profile shows that at a salary of £40,000 per year and a CMS payment of £440.13, the NRP will have a disposable monthly income of an estimated £151.76 (Fig.20). This exampled estimation is only for the situation whereby the NRP is in Direct Pay (i.e. without arrears); should they be moved to Collect & Pay (i.e. with arrears) the additional 20% surcharge to be collected by the CMS further reduces this disposable income to £67.73 (Fig.19). The consequence of this surcharge on the parents’ effective net annual income for each salary band is depicted in Fig.19. This occurs in approximately 34% cases". When organizations such as UN Women present false information, they should be treated as fraudsters. And now the facts about violence against children around the world: "The UN Women 16 days of activism campaign kicks off each year on Nov 25 and ends on Dec 10 which is Human Rights day. The not-too-subtle message is, “Women’s human rights are not being respected, so governments need to do more to help women.” The reality is, of course, that it’s the human rights of men that are lagging behind women. Part of the agenda of UN Women is to stereotype men as abusers and a threat to children. But UN Women is not telling the whole story. Only articles that included a sample size of at least 20 mothers/fathers and were published in 2010 or later were included in the current analysis. The search turned up seven studies, which reveal the following pattern: Australia (5): Mothers: 50%; Fathers: 50% Austria and Finland (6): Mothers: 62.5%; Fathers: 37.5% Canada (7): Mothers: 67.3%; Fathers: 32.7% Chile (8): Mothers: 67%; Fathers: 33% Finland (9): Mothers: 59%; Fathers: 41% South Africa (10): Mothers: 71%; Fathers: 29% United States (11): Mothers: 67.1% Fathers: 32.9% The seven studies, representing five continents around the world, reveal similar findings. Overall, 63.4% of child killings are perpetrated by mothers, with 36.6% committed by fathers". Based on a survey of people falsely accused in family courts in the UK, we see that the results are terrifying. Below are just a few summaries of the answers, and more in the link. " We asked whether any evidence was provided to substantiate allegations made against participants, 63.36% said no evidence was provided. We asked whether the accusers had alienated their children from them, 98.31% said yes. We asked participants what impact the experience had on their health. The results of this question are extremely concerning, with: - 49.45% of those telling us they were falsely accused considering suicide, - 86.07% suffering anxiety & depression, - 47.81% left to go forward into life suffering with PTSD, - 1.37% due to suicide, leaving their children without a parent permanently, and no doubt devasting the lives of other loved ones. A further 11.48% attempted suicide. There were over 50k child contact cases in private family law in the last year, 31,000 (62%) of them allege abuse (a multiple of 21 x the usual national prevalence) then over 7% of those are bankrupted by the process, which amounts to 1.2% of all bankruptcy’s coming about as a result of family law processes. Bankruptcy is always bad news, for all concerned and also substantially increases the likelihood of suicide. A disproportionately high percentage of parents are telling us that their own business had to close as a direct result of family court proceedings, which would have led to the loss not only of their employment but very likely a number of their employees, customers and suppliers as well. We asked whether the participants accuser was ever sanctioned for their false allegations, 99.43% said no, there were no consequences, despite family courts having family procedure rules to counteract and thoroughly investigate allegations made. We asked participants, if they have never, or they took a very long time to report their accuser to police or domestic abuse service, what were the reasons. Almost three quarters told us they held back or didn’t report at all because they believed it would make things worse for the children, 65.31% didn’t think they would be believed, nearly half were too embarrassed, and almost 20% held back because they didn’t want to make things worse for their accuser. These are hardly the thought patterns of abusive people". Scientific research and statistics confirm that the best option for children is child share custody 50/50 after relationship breakups, but the courts and governments still do not see the crisis they caused and supported. "According to the 2007 UNICEF report on the well-being of children in economically advanced nations, children in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. rank extremely low in regard to social and emotional well-being. Many theories have been advanced to explain the poor state of our nations’ children: most notably child poverty, race, and social class. A factor that has been largely ignored, however—particularly among child and family policymakers—is the prevalence and devastating effects of fathers' absence in children’s lives. First, a caveat: I do not wish to either disparage single mothers or blame non-residential fathers for this state of affairs. The sad fact is that parents in our society are not supported in the fulfillment of their parental responsibilities, and divorced parents in particular are often undermined as parents, as reflected in the large number of “non-custodial” or “non-residential” parents forcefully removed from their children’s lives, as daily caregivers, by misguided family court judgments. My target of concern is those responsible for laws and policies that devalue the importance of parents in children’s lives and parental involvement as critical to children’s well-being. In most cases, children benefit from having access to both parents—and parents need the support of social institutions in order to be there for their kids. A great research read about fathers and their children. We recommend everyone to understand the hell that fathers and their children go through when they are denied the common joy of being together. "There are approximately 12 million children in the UK of which 3.6 million are in separated families. 86% of non-resident parents are male, which means around 3 million children do not live with their father, 25% of all children in the UK". "article considers the statutory structures in the UK that makes being an involved father more difficult following parental separation or divorce. It will particularly focus on child maintenance and social services which appear structured in a way to discourage some fathers from providing in-person care. It also explores the psychological, social and economic effects these systems may have on both the father and the child". A new book is out that is based on a wealth of scientific research to support equal parenting rights without the sexist stereotypes that currently prevail hurting fathers and their children. "Myths and Lies About Dads: How They Hurt Us All is a groundbreaking book that destroys more than 100 of the most damaging beliefs about fathers. Using the most recent research, this pioneering work exposes these baseless beliefs and the toll they take on children’s relationships with their fathers, parents’ relationships with one another, and the physical and mental health of fathers and mothers. Tackling a wide range of topics from custody laws, to children’s toys, to the sexist behavior of counselors, pediatricians, and lawyers, Dr Linda Nielsen describes in vivid detail how these myths are linked to many of our most pressing issues". Opinion by an independent expert supporting equal parenting. ""Grounded in a wide range of research and draws implications that interest a general audience on current topics. The book’s material has direct implications for public policy regarding family law, divorce, and child custody. Nielsen frames these issues in a clever and catchy manner that make the book an ideal choice for academic courses, with appeal to a much wider general audience." As her research shows… Children who live primarily with their mothers have worse emotional, physical, academic, and behavioral outcomes than children who live with their fathers 35%-50% time in a shared parenting custody arrangement. Shared parenting children have better outcomes even when their parents do not have a cooperative, friendly relationship and even when one parent initially opposed the shared parenting custody plan. Infants, toddlers and preschoolers have better outcomes when they live in a shared parenting family. Infants and toddlers who spend frequent overnight time with their dads are not more irritable, more poorly behaved, or more insecurely attached to their mothers than those with little to no overnight fathering time". nielsen.sites.wfu.edu/divorce-shared-parenting/research/#men #women #equal #father #discriminationmen #discrimination #segregation #falseaccusations #domesticviolence #childsupport #equalparenting #parentalalienation #divorce #fraud #falseaccusationsrape #fatherless #childsharecustody #fahtermatter #law #brokenlaw #familylaw #court #depression, #depressionafterdivorce #Divorce #effectsofdivorce #health #masculinity #mentalhealth #suicidal #suicide #equalpay #equalwork #menrights #humanrights

Where feminist politics steps in and denies facts and evidence, it is directed not at the welfare of children, but at harming them. What happened? "During Friday’s concluding remarks to the Human Rights Council (2), Special Rapporteur Reem Alsalem chose to silence the voices of parental alienation survivors. Instead, she made a series of claims that are transparently false: CLAIM: “Parental alienation was sometimes misused against fathers, but was predominantly misused against mothers.” FACT: Scientific surveys show that fathers and mothers are equally likely to be accused of child alienation (3). CLAIM: “The majority of domestic violence was male violence.” FACT: A review of hundreds of domestic violence studies conducted in over 40 countries concludes, “women are as physically aggressive as men (or more) in their relationships with their spouses or opposite-sex partners.” (4) CLAIM: “Parental alienation was not a scientific theory.” FACT: Parental alienation has been reviewed and affirmed in numerous scientific textbooks such as Psychiatry in Law / Law in Psychiatry; Principles and Practice of Child and Adolescent Forensic Mental Health; Salem Health Psychology and Mental Health; Cultural Sociology of Divorce: An Encyclopedia; and many others (5). Even more disturbing is how Alsalem ignored these important research findings: Globally, mothers commit 72% of all infant homicides (6). "The predicament of the American male is of particular importance here. The percentage of boys living apart from their biological father has almost doubled since 1960—from about 17% to 32% today; now, an estimated 12 million boys are growing up in families without their biological father.1 Specifically, approximately 62.5% of boys under 18 are living in an intact-biological family, 1.7% are living in a step-family with their biological father and step- or adoptive mother, 4.2% are living with their single, biological father, and 31.5% are living in a home without their biological father.2 Lacking the day-to-day involvement, guidance, and positive example of their father in the home, and the financial advantages associated with having him in the household, these boys are more likely to act up, lash out, flounder in school, and fail at work as they move into adolescence and adulthood. Even though not all fathers play a positive role in their children’s lives, on average, boys benefit from having a present and involved father".
