The report has for the first time revealed the gender pay gaps of nearly 5000 private sector Australian businesses and schools. Moreover, the report is not manipulated data solely depicting disadvantaged women, as is done around the world. We see real pay differences here, of course, which do not take into account all factors, but they make us think, especially in schools, why such huge differences in payments between male and female employees.. None of the women's organizations mention that approximately 45% of male suicides are caused by women pushing these men to the edge of the abyss. "The report concluded that “progress towards gender equality is slow”. Across a 31-country average, more than half of people (54 per cent) believe that when it comes to giving women equal rights things have gone “far enough” in their country. For those who believe that society has gone too far in promoting women’s equality at the expense of men, 59 per cent of men agree with the statement, compared with 35 per cent of women. However, Sir John Hayes, chairman of the Common Sense Group of Tory MPs and a former security minister, said: “The myth that every man is to a, lesser or greater degree, a villain, and all women are invariably virtuous is perpetuated with such vigour that many have come to see it as fact. “Fortunately for most of us, common sense and this survey also shows that good and bad people of both sexes prevail." This is the problem we keep talking about. If a man is better than a woman, it will be seen as unfair to the woman. Never the other way around. For example, if we present statistics and research that men are not the initiators of most domestic violence, public institutions and women's organizations stubbornly claim the opposite without evidence. The same applies to other issues we write about here, such as the positive benefits that fathers bring and the negative consequences of depriving children of their fathers, but public institutions stubbornly do the opposite to the detriment of children. "Research suggesting men are superior to women in certain aspects is often viewed less favorably than research showing the opposite. But why? A recent study examined this issue, finding evidence that perceived harm to women is a key factor driving negative reactions to male-favoring findings. The new study has been published in the International Journal of Psychology." More in link www.psypost.org/new-study-unpacks-why-society-reacts-negatively-to-male-favoring-research/

In Spain, in one of the most privileged countries for women, where, as we presented in several previous posts, there are about 500 different legal privileges exclusively for women, they once again claim that they are discriminated against. "It comes as a survey by Spain’s National Centre for Sociological Research revealed that 44 per cent of men in the country believed that society had “come so far in promoting women’s equality that men are now being discriminated against”, with around one-third of female participants also agreeing with the statement." All you need to do is be a woman and governments open special benefits for them. Another example from Spain as an example of discrimination against men. "Spanish soldiers and policemen are changing their gender in order to access benefits intended for women, an investigation has found. Spain’s Left-wing government introduced a self-ID law in 2022 that made it simple to transition formally, while at the same time boosting benefits for women in the military and security forces." Due to the fact that indicators intended to measure gender inequality are designed to take into account only those factors that are unfavorable for women, but omit factors that are unfavorable for men, the results are inaccurate. The only gender-neutral indicator to measure inequality between women and men is the Basic Index of Gender Inequality (BIGI). This indicator showing that most countries in the world are men are in a favorable situation compared to women. "The simpler BIGI method, he says, is a much sounder alternative. He said: 'No existing measure of gender inequality fully captures the hardships that are disproportionately experienced by men in many countries and so they do not fully capture the extent to which any specific country is promoting the wellbeing of all its citizens. A method that assesses the forms of hardship and discrimination facing men and women has revealed males have it harder in 91 countries out of 134. Women were disadvantaged in only 43. The study looked at 6.8 billion people around the world and scientists developed a new way of measuring gender inequality." "Female engineers are earning up to 9.5% higher salaries than their male counterparts and are twice as likely to be called for interview, despite representing just under 10% of applications for engineering roles. We have the latest public opinion survey 2024 conducted by IPSOS regarding discrimination against men. "When it comes to issue of gender equality younger people are not always the most in favour. Over half of Gen Z and Millennials think when it comes to giving women equal rights with men, thing have gone far enough in my country (57% Gen Z, 60%, Millennials) compared with two in five Baby boomers (43%). When it comes to question of whether men are being asked to do too much to support equality, only 43% of Baby Boomers say this is the case, while this rises to more than one in two for Millennials (57%) and Gen Z (54%). This gender gap between male and female Gen Zs is greater on the issue of equality going so far it discriminates against men. Six in ten (60%) Gen Z men agree with this statement while four in ten (40%) of Gen Z women feel this way". Prof. Dr. Michael Klein presents a list of 10 factors of discrimination against men and describes in detail their causes and effects on men. "The public media in particular predominantly give men's issues a wide berth when it comes to disadvantage and discrimination, while on the other hand they never tire of propagating the topic of "toxic masculinity" or " patriarchy". Men are then generally considered dangerous and, on top of that, privileged. “...all the hype about the gender pay gap cleverly conceals the many other gaps and discriminations, including and especially those that affect men.” Real or even more supposedly disadvantaged women are legitimized by the propaganda of negative masculinity and then compensated by "positive discrimination" e.g. by quota regulations and exclusion regulations. The improved positions achieved in this way, especially for academically qualified women, are now increasingly overshooting the original goal of parity. It is no longer a question of parity, but of real overcompensation, which is increasingly common in management positions in public administration and in positions in courts and in public service media." Years of neglect and discrimination against men have led to what the author explains in this article about the problems of boys and men in the UK. "Britain has a boy problem. If you are born male today, you are increasingly likely to struggle in school, in the workplace and at home. The gender attainment gap is not new – girls have been outperforming boys at GCSE level for over three decades now, while the number of women completing degrees has exceeded the number of men since the 1990s. But solving the problem of underachievement among boys has never been more crucial. Economic growth is stalling, productivity is flatlining and public finances are creaking under the strain of growing benefits bills. At a time when businesses are struggling to hire, more and more men are dropping out of the workforce. Everyone in society must achieve their fullest potential if we are to fix our economic problems." The International Monetary Fund (IMF) wants to cut social benefits but create more for women, who currently receive almost all of the support from family allowances. On the other hand, supporting only the female gender in training or family benefits directly discriminates against men who will not receive such support. We are reaching the point that men will support privileged women with their taxes, while men themselves will be deprived of such support. Why does another institution want to introduce further discriminatory regulations against men and increase women's privileges, which are already enormous? Such conduct is contrary to equality between women and men!! "Mel Stride vowed to “do whatever it takes to get Britain working” as the IMF said men in particular would be encouraged to find jobs if countries lowered taxes and benefits. More training and childcare support would help more women into work, the organisation said. The IMF research, which was based on analysis of 38 OECD industrialised economies, including the UK, US and Germany, recommended that higher pension ages would also keep people in work for longer." In Germany, there are marked parking spaces only for women, but not the same markings for men. Why are sexist women-only solutions tolerated? Write in the comments whether there are specially marked parking lots for women or men in your country. "A German woman named Janine (@janineandgen) shared the video. Janine lives in the U.S. but was visiting her home country with her girlfriend, Gen, when the subject came up. “What’s frauen parkplatz?” Gen asks Janine as the two women walk through a parking garage. “It’s for women,” Janine responds, though that only confuses Gen even more. “So only women can park here?” asks Gen. “Why?” “Because they’re a little bit bigger,” Janine explains. “The spots are bigger? What the f***,” Gen says. In 2015, Frankfurt Airport came under fire for painting these parking spots pink. “In Germany, it is a legal requirement to provide these designated parking spaces for women — with proximity to the terminal entrances,” Frankfurt Airport spokesman Robert Payne told USA Today at the time." If discrimination affects men, most institutions ignore it or try to downplay the problem. This is typical institutional conduct towards men and their problems. Lastly, problems should be solved regardless of which gender they affect, not just those that affect women. "So how would you know if you are discriminating against men? Actually this is a lot harder to answer that you might think. Cognitive biases, like gamma bias, tend not to be recognised by the people who have them. But it is not just a question of unconscious bias, there is the institutional bias, especially in those organisations which claim to be promoting gender equality. For example, this OECD research identifies gender inequality, but only when it goes against women. That’s because they literally don’t measure the inequalities that go against men. If they measured inequality against men, they would find that men too suffer gender inequalities, especially in countries characterised by medium and high levels of human development." In Norway, the Men's Equality Commission (Mannsutvalgets) was established to advise the government on solving problems affecting men and boys. While various governments around the world have commissions for women and girls, there are virtually no such commissions for men and boys. Norway is taking a step forward because it noticed that men have bigger problems than women. "First, there is a clear rejection of zero-sum thinking. Working on behalf of boys and men does not dilute the ideals of gender equality, it applies them. Here is how the Commission sets out their stall: Many boys and men do not feel that equality is about them, or exists for them. The men's committee believes that equality's next step should be to include boys and men's challenges to a greater extent than today. . . Greater attention to boys' and men's equality challenges will strengthen equality policy, not weaken it. Second, the Commission stresses the need to look at gender inequalities for boys and men through a class and race lens too. As the Commissioners write: Social inequality is an important factor in understanding these differences. Some challenges are linked to class and social inequality and affect boys and men harder or in different ways than girls and women. The Commission also calls on the Research Council in Norway to explicitly take up the challenge of improving the knowledge base on many of the issues tackling in the report. And as a pretty wonky bunch, they are keen on more data transparency too, calling for “a review and revision of the statistics pages and indicators for gender equality so that they reflect the equality challenges of boys and men to a greater extent than today.”" More in link ofboysandmen.substack.com/p/look-to-norway
